According to the UNDP Report on Human Development for Latin America and the Caribbean, poverty rates have decreased significantly in Bolivia, Peru, and Ecuador during the last 10 years. In Bolivia it has gone down by 28%, in Peru by 29% and Ecuador by 27%.
